4 MAINTENANCE
4.1 Actions before operation
If the accessory displays any faults during the
checks below, it must not be used before the faults
have been rectified.
• Check that all hydraulic hoses are sealed and do
not show any signs of wear or other damage.
• Check that the hydraulic cylinders are sealed.
• Check that there are no cracks in the accessory,
along the hydraulic cylinder mountings or in
other locations.
4.2 Lubrication
The accessory's mechanical joints must be lubri-
cated with universal grease after 25 hours of oper-
ation and before long term storage.
The accessory has 4 grease nipples in the follow-
ing locations. The grease nipples are shown in fig.
6.
• The hydraulic cylinder bearings, 2 lubricating
cups.
• The bucket bearings, 2 lubricating cups.
GGP reserves the right to make alterations to the
product without prior notification.
