Assembling is easy and intuitive:
Position the headrest. Once the screw heads are placed in their
seats, push down and insert the two dowels in the respective
holes.
Tighten the fastening dowels by pressing onto both parts and
using a 2 mm Allen key.

Proper matching of pad and backrest can be obtained by
loosening the nuts that block the two flathead screws, adjusting
the latter ones in depth so as to accommodate properly the
headrest pad, and then tightening again the nuts.
