6 - Start Up

- Keep the Filter package with Data Plate to identify the product.
- Ensure that the sealing is tight and secure.
- After the installation, run the tap and let the water flow for at least 5 minutes before use.

7 - Use

- Use only for filtration of drinking water.
- Do not use for filtration of water that is unsafe or of unknown quality. Systems
certified for cyst reduction may be used on waters that contain filterable cysts.
- The filtering system must be supplied with cold water only.
- Respect the following operating pressure and temperature:
Min-Max operating pressure: 14.50 - 116 psi (1 - 8 bar)
Min-Max operating temperature: 39.2 - 113°F (4 - 45°C).
- If pressure exceeds the working conditions, protect the product with a pressure
reducer.
- Keep protected from light.
- Keep protected from excessive cold or heat.
- Keep protected from back-flows of hot water with a non-return valve.
- Keep protected from hammering with an anti-hammering device.
- If the system is not in use for more than 1 week replace cartridge/s with new one/s
prior the use.
- The average life of a cartridge varies depending on use, environmental conditions,
pressure, etc. Changes in taste, odour, or colour in the water indicates that the
cartridge should be replaced.
The values of the maximum working temperature and the maximum
working pressure shown in the label affixed to the filter housing are
intended as maximum working parameters and must not be
exceeded. Use of the filter under higher pressure conditions could
cause ruptures.

8 - Spare Parts

Spare parts are available through the SANIC or ATLAS FILTRI wholesalers and retailers
network. In case of difficulties contact info@atlasfiltri.com.
Use only original Sanic replacement parts. The manufacturer's limited
warranty is voided if non original replacements are used.
