Planned Maintenance Checklist
The following is a general maintenance checklist which covers the major components of your conveyor. This will be helpful
in establishing a standard maintenance schedule.
NOTE: Check Set Screws after the first 24 Hours of operation.
How to Order Replacement Parts
Included in this manual are parts drawings with complete
replacement parts lists. Minor fasteners, such as nuts and
bolts, are not included.
When ordering replacement parts:

Contact Dealer from whom conveyor was purchased
or nearest HYTROL Distributor.

Give Conveyor Model Number and Serial Number or
HYTROL Factory Order Number.

Give Part Number and complete description from
Parts List.

Drive, etc.
