wARnInG: Use with caution if skin is sensitive. Discontinue use
immediately if any pain, irritation or discomfort is experienced.
Note: To retain heat, place the hand or foot which has been immersed
in a plastic liner and cover with the bootie or mitt provided, shown at
right, for fifteen minutes for longer to obtain
the desired heat therapy.
4. After heat therapy is finished, peel the
hardened wax from the hand, elbow or
foot. For hand: begin with the wrist and
work in a downward motion, removing all
of the paraffin wax. Make sure that all of
the wax is removed.
5. To maintain softness, massage oil or
lotion of your choice onto the hands,
elbows or feet.
