We are glad you took the decision to purchase our product.
It is advisable to carefully read this operation manual, which provides information on function and proper control
of the stove. This is the way to expect a longer lifespan of this product.
The stove for wood combustion is manufactured for heating of houses, cottages, countryside buildings stores,
workshops, garages and so on.
Site
We recommend to install the stove with free access all around and to prevent the risk of burning as well.
Floor
It is necessary verify the floor bearing capacity with respect to the stove weight. If the floor does not correspond
to this condition, installation of a suitable loading board is necessary.
In case the floor is made of flammable material, it is necessary to install an insulating and inflammable bottom,
which must exceed 80 cm the stove base in the direction of heat glowing and 60 cm in remaining directions.
Access of air
To secure the proper function of the stove, the air access for proper combustion is necessary. This air inlet shall
be situated from outside with section 100 cm
possible.
Flue-gas ducting
Prior every stove connection it is necessary to verify, if connecting ducting and chimney are in conformance with
regulations in force. In case of the ducting nonconformance it is necessary to connect pipes to the ducting, or the
ducting will be equipped with coat. The manufacture of the new adjusted fume ducting is the option as well.
The flue-gas ducting conformant with standards makes possible:
 Elimination of fire risk owing to non-adherence to the safety distance from the fire,
 To prevent too quick cooling of waste gases, which provides a weak draft as a consequence.
The connection of stove to the fume ducting, in which enters still another heating device is strictly prohibited.
The stove for wood combustion must have its own fume ducting.
The stove with output up to 15 kW must have the fume ducting with diameter 150 mm at least. These with
output above 16 kW shall have the diameter 180 mm and more. The care should be paid to the proper sealing of
the fume ducting as well. In the environment where the frequent wind occurs, installation of equipment
preventing the fume returning is recommended to prevent the smoke penetration into dwelling.
Connecting ducting or chimney
Prior the stove connection installation it is necessary to check up if the connecting ducting or chimney conforms
to requirements in force. With respect to the fact, that fumes temperature coming from stove exceeds 160°C,
the application of the connection ducting or chimney with simple wall must observe the safety distance between
the connection ducting or the chimney and between flammable materials, which is the threefold distance of the
ducting nominal diameter. The stove fumes discharge orifice must prevent disconnection and the pipes shall be
attached to the stove via screws to prevent this disconnection.
Draft
The fumes ducting shall have the draft between 10 and 25 Pa. The value lower than 10 Pa, means the weak draft
and the improper operation of the stove. The higher value causes the excessive consumption of the wood, even
twice more and the fire burns too quickly without a good heating capacity. The draft value testing can be carried
out by the manometer application.
