Introduction 2.1 Overview This 16-Port Fiber Optic Mux is an efficient, low-cost, bit-interleaved, sixteen-port, asynchronous Time-Division Multiplexor (TDM), complete with an integral four- wire limited-distance line driver. The Mux allows for interconnection of up to sixteen local clustered terminals each operating at asynchronous data rates up to 19.2 kbps. -
