CONTROLS
Once the unit is plugged in you can control the ve programs from the touch panel on on
the plate. Use the "MODE/SPEED" button to cycle through the ve programs and press
the "POWER" button to begin.
TIP: To start the manual program press the power button once
and control the time and speed using the remote control
The remote control can be used to control the board during your workout.
Once the board is powered on, the user can change the speed, time, pro-
gram and intensity.
The centre button P scrolls through the ve weight loss and toning
programs included with the plate. Use P1, P3 and P5 to quickly
switch to those programs.
Once you have selected the program you require using the remote
control select the on/o button to start the machine and workout.
To begin manual mode ensure no program is selected, then
using the T+ and T- buttons specify the time you wish to
workout and press the ON/OFF button to begin.
To change the intensity whilst in manual mode use
the S+ and S- buttons to scroll through all 180
levels. You can quickly change between low,
medium and high intensity levels with the three
quick action buttons at the bottom of the remote
control.
