Possible incorrect use
The following restrictions apply to the unit:
• Do not connect to the drinking water
supply.
• Not suitable for drinking water.
• Never use the pressure tank for other
fluids or for gases.
• Do not use for commercial or industrial
purposes.
• Do not use in conjunction with chemi-
cals, foodstuff, easily flammable or ex-
plosive substances.

SAFETY INFORMATION

This unit can be used by chil-
dren aged 8 and above and by
persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities
or lack of experience and
knowledge if they are super-
vised or have been instructed
on how to use the unit in a safe
way and they understand the
hazards involved.
Do not allow children to play
with the unit.
Only allow children to carry out
cleaning and user maintenance
under supervision.
Pressure connection
• Ensure that the pre-charge pressure
(p ) specified on the type plate is not ex-

• Ensure that the maximum operating
pressure (p ) specified on the type

plate is not exceeded.
• Ensure that the maximum operating
temperature (T ) specified on the type
max
plate is not exceeded.

Safe operation
• Never operate the tank with a defective
pressure vessel or a defective dia-
phragm.
• Never carry out welding on or force
open the pressure vessel.
• Only carry out work on the unit de-
scribed in this manual. If problems can-
not be overcome, please contact an au-
thorised customer service point or,
when in doubt, the manufacturer.
• Do not carry out any work on the unit
that should be carried out by experts.

INSTALLATION AND CONNECTION

N O T E
Ensure that all connection lines are not
leaking at all, as leaking lines can impair
the functionality of the system and lead to
damage.
• Use a suitable sealant to seal the
threaded portions of the lines, and the
connection to the pump.
• Overtightening of plastic screw connec-
tions can lead to damage. Avoid ap-
plying excessive force.
N O T E
When using the pump for supplying the
house with water (not drinking water), it is
necessary to adhere to the local regula-
tions of the water and wastewater author-
ities. It addition, it is necessary to comply
with national and international standards.

if necessary.
Fitting the pressure switch

lowing good access for maintenance
work at the front and rear of the tank and
fasten it to the ground.
