KIT COMPOSITION.
The Cebora Robot Analyzer Kit is made up of the elements visible in fig. 1.
Cables 2a and 2b are alternative one each other, according to the plant characteristic.

APPLICATIONS.
The Kit is designed to be installed on Cebora
Automated Welding/Cutting Systems.
In the Welding Systems (MIG or TIG) it must be
inserted in the Power Source – Robot Interface
CAN bus connection (fig. 7a).
In Cutting Systems (PLASMA) it must be
inserted in the Power Source – Gas Console CAN
bus connection (fig. 7b).

GENERAL DESCRIPTION.
The "Cebora Robot Analyzer" is a software
application that utilizes a USB-to-CAN module
interface to analyze the Power Source – Robot-
Pantograph communication (CAN bus traffic
information).
The program works as a monitor for the Power
Source / Robot-Pantograph System.

HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS.
A Personal Computer IBM compatible, with
Pentium III or higher class processor, USB port
(USB 2.0 recommended), mouse or similar
pointing device.

INSTALLATION.
Make sure that in the system it is installed a
Microsoft Framework.NET in 2.0 version or
higher (see par. 6.1) and log in the system as
administrator.
With the USB-to-CAN module disconnected
from the PC, insert the CD rom in the CD reader
and wait for the presentation window opening.
Click on the "setup v2.0.0" voice of the Robot
Analyzer paragraph. When asked, assign a valid
path for installation file copy (es.: Desktop).
Click to file "CRAsetup.exe" in order to start the
"Cebora
Robot
communication driver installation.
In the event the CD rom did not start
automatically, launch the file "CRAsetup_2-0-
0.exe" in the folder "setup" of the CD rom.
At installation completed, connect the USB-to-
CAN module and follow the video instructions
for the acknowledgment of the new hardware. If
necessary, specify to Windows do not use
Windows Update in order to search new drivers,
because the necessary software already has been
installed in the system.
