OPERATION

Getting started

Take the vibration plate from the packaging and place it on a level surface.
Press on the plate so that it sticks firmly to the floor and does not move. First
connect the power supply to the vibration plate and then plug the plug into the
socket.
1. Connect the vibration and turn it on . The power light will brighten with
red color after a long "Ring".
2. Press the remote control button [+] and [-] simultaneously, release the
buttons until hear two sounds from Vibration. The remote control and
Vibration plate are connected.
