6. Click keep WI-FI hotspots on, choose open time.
7. Return to previous menu, open portable WLAN hotspots, click configure WI-FI hotspots.
8. Set passwords you want to, password should be more than 8 numbers.

Click 3G service, as Figure 4.21, choose available defaulted SIM card, GSM is 2G network, WCDMA is 3G network.
