5.1.2 CEMO - filling system „C-B3" in block installation
=> Install in the sequence described below,
page 39, drawing no. 130.0009.002
• Push the telescopic foam pipe (4) into the underside
of the dome lid (1) until the sprung clip engages.
• Screw the suction unit (12 or 19) with gasket (28)
into the dome lid (1).
• Screw the dome lid (1) and bracket for pipe elbow
(42) with screws (22, 23) and washers (37) onto
the tank.
• Align the tanks on their front sides with each other.
• Place the U-pipe of the filling line (39) on the
bracket and screw to the transverse pipe (5) via the
stamped flange using screws (23; 24). In doing this,
the filling eye of each dome lid is clamped, with
its gaskets (6), between two flanges. The flange
connection in the filling direction of the last tank is
made using blanking flange (7 & 8) and gasket (6),
while on the first tank, it is made using the
connecting flange (9) and the same gasket.
• Screw the U-pipe with clamping yoke (43),
washers (37) and nuts (23) to bracket (42).
• Fabricate a filling line using a filling connector
(tanker coupling) and other necessary parts
(not supplied).
Please note: The filling connectors must lie above
the highest point of the filling elbow.
Fit the connection to the connection
flange (9) in a strain­free manner.
In accordance with TRbF 212, the
testing pressure in 10.0 bar!
Filling connections must always be connected to the
first tank (tank with limit indicator)!
5.2 Ventilation pipe for battery arrangements intended
for the storage of EL heating oil and diesel
• Insert the connecting pipes (10 or 40) using the
connecting sleeve (11) into the T-piece on the
dome lid.
• Attach the sealing cap (14).
• Match up with the site-provided ventilation pipe that
extends into the atmosphere and connect with the
T-piece of the first tank using connection sleeve (44).
5.3 Discharge systems for EL heating oil battery
storage arrangements
5.3.1 Discharge system „WK-II"

The suction hoses of the discharge system „WK-II"
are to be shortened by approx. 110 mm before fit-
ting to safety tanks DWT with production numbers
1341..., 1343..., 1345... and 1347... When installing
safety tanks DWT with production numbers 1342...,
1344... und 1346..., the suction hoses should be
shorted by 340 mm.
Pipe unions 3/8" x 10.0 mm (26) for suction and
return pipe are enclosed. 8.0 and 12.0 mm diameters
are also possible if required.
When connecting a return pipe, the screw plug (25)
is replaced by a pipe union (26).
5.3.2 Discharge system „WK-IV"
(Manufacturer: Wilhelm Keller GmbH&Co.KG)

enclosed by the accessory manufacturer
The suction hoses of the discharge system „WK-IV"
are to be shortened by approx. 110 mm before fit-
ting to safety tanks DWT with production numbers
1341..., 1343..., 1345... and 1347... When installing
safety tanks DWT with production numbers 1342...,
1344... und 1346..., the suction hoses should be
shorted by 340 mm.
Please note for discharge systems
„WK­II" and „WK­IV":
A „WK-II" or „WK-IV" discharge system must be used
in order to meet the approval conditions for storage
of EL heating oil!
5.4 Limit indicator

enclosed by the accessory manufacturer
Please note: The specified insertion depths of the
limit indicators, dependent on the size
and number of the tanks, are to be taken
from the mounting guidelines of the
manufacturer of the discharge system!
5.5 CEMO - Discharge system „C-A 4" (1 1/4")
For CEMO safety DWT tanks, used in storing diesel
in battery arrangements, the discharge system
(„C-A 4") for discharge capacities of up to 50 l/min
is offered.
Installation of the discharge system as well as adjust-
ment of the limit indicator should be undertaken in
accordance with the enclosed instructions.
