WARRANTY
This warranty certificate issued by Bronpi Calefacción S.L. extends to the reparation and replacement of the equipment or any defective
piece under the following conditions:
•
The defect appears within a period of time not more than 24 months since purchase invoice of the client.
•
The fault is recognised by the Technical Assistance Service.
The customer must not pay any fees resulting of the performances that the Technical Service may make that are covered under the
guarantee.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
Bronpi Calefacción S.L. certifies that this equipment comply with all manufacturing requirements and regulations and it is committed to repair
or replace broken or damaged pieces of the sheet structure if it is informed before a period of time of 2 years for the electrical system and
mobile parts. It will be valide only when the installation and use norms have been followed, which are included in the instructions manual.
BRONPI CALEFACCIÓN S.L. will not be responsible in any case of the breakdown caused for a bad use, faulty electrical connection or wrong
installation, such as the breakdowns caused by the handling of the equipment for a non-authorized personnel by BRONPI CALEFACCIÓN
S.L.
Replacement of parts does not extend the warranty of the equipment. The replaced part will have 6 months warranty since it is
installed.
The warranty will only cover the equipment. The warranty will not respond to the charges derived from uninstalling or installing again
as well as the value of objects located in the installation room.
The warranty will only be valide when the card attached in the instructions manual, stamped for a seller authorized by BRONPI
CALEFACCIÓN S.L. is fully completed and be sent in the moment of the sale.
The possible queries will only be attended joining the references of model and warranty number.
READ CAREFULLY THESE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE THE INSTALLATION AND/OR LIGHTING OF THE EQUIPMENT. IN CASE OF
DOUBT ASK FOR TECHNICAL CONSULTING TO YOUR PURCHASER.
4.1.
WARRANTY WILL BE VALID IF
The warranty will only be valid if:
1.
The switchboard has been installed by professional staff, following the application norms and respecting the installation norms of the
installations manual.
2.
The warranty certificate has been completed and signed by the Technical Assistance or the purchaser.
3.
This document with the legal proof purchase must be preserved in good conditions and the Technical Assistance Service may require
it.
4.2.
WARRANTY WILL NOT BE VALID IF
1.
Do not comply with the previous conditions.
2.
Presence of electrical and/or hydraulic installations which do not comply with the regulations.
3.
Damages caused by normal corrosion or deposition phenomena typical of heating systems.
4.
Damages caused by the improper use of the product, modifications or improper handling, atmospherically, chemical, electrochemical
agents, and other causes that are not dependant on the manufacturing of the equipment.
5.
Improper modifications or damages to the equipment due to the change of non-original components or actions performed by persons
not authorized by Bronpi Calefacción S.L.
6.
All transport damages (it is recommended to check carefully the product when you receive it) should be reported immediately to the
distributor and will be reflected in the transport document and on the copy of the carrier.
4.3.
EXCLUDED FROM THE WARRANTY
•
The uninstalling and later installing of the central unit and masonry works.
•
The pieces foreigner to product.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Bronpi Calefacción S.L. under no circumstances will accept any compensation for direct or indirect damages caused by the product
or derived from it.
