Thank you for trusting in Mondial. It is the perfect accessory for food lovers. To ensure the
operation and maintenance of the acquired product, read carefully the instructions
contained in present manual and keep it in case you need it in the future We also
recommend that you keep the packaging in case of repairs, and discard all plastic bags that
could turnout to be dangerous toys for children.
The device is very simple to use. It should be only connected to an energy source (220-250V).

Tips:
The use of the Mondial equipment by children requires clear instructions on the
functioning and constant vigilance during the device utilization.
OPERATION
The appliance consists of the following parts, see fig. A:
Before using the device:
Unpack the device.
˃
Clean the device. Consult 'Cleaning and maintenance'
˃
˃ Read all instructions of present manual.
˃ Make sure that the oven is turned off and that the timer is in the OFF position.
˃ Wash all the accessories with hot water and soap, or in the washing machine.
˃ Dry all accessories carefully and put them back into place.
Connect the oven to the power grid, it is ready to be used.
˃
After accessory assembling, it is recommended to turn the oven on for 15 minutes
˃
to remove any type of residue which might be left by the factory. This shall also
eliminate any odor that might occur during the first utilization.
Warning: When using the oven for the first time, it is possible to generate smoke and
a mild odor. This is normal and not dangerous, because the first protection layer of
the resistance applied in the factory burns.

LED LIGHT
Familiarize yourself with the following functions and accessories before starting to use the
electric furnace:
Function control:

 OFF
 Roasts fishes, beef, poultry, pork, etc. (superior part).
 It bakes cakes, pies, cookies, and roasts poultry, beef, pork, etc. (inferior part).
 It bakes breads, cakes, frozen waffles, pizzas, etc. (superior and inferior part).
˃ Timer – You can use it to start the oven (if the timer is turned off, the oven does not
work), or to control the cooking time. At the end of the program an alarm bell shall
sound.
Luminous indicator – Shall be ON whenever the oven is ON.

˃ Tray – can be used to grill or roast meats, poultry, fishes, or any other type of food.
