Operating mode: Never keep the AVATAR Q18 cartomizer screwed to the battery while refilling with
liquid. On both sides of the steel cylinder you can find two metal rings. Unscrew the lower one, where
the nut to adjust the air flow is located, by keeping the cartomizer turned upside-down with the drip-tip
facing downwards. Once opened, tilt the AVATAR Q18 cartomizer to an angle of 30° and gently pour the
liquid onto the internal walls of the Pyrex cylinder up to about 2 mm from the end of the central metal
cylinder. By keeping the AVATAR Q18 cartomizer in a vertical position (drip-tip facing downwards),
firmly screw back the metal ring. Wait 10 minutes before first use.
HOW TO REPLACE THE RESISTANCE
When the AVATAR Q18 cartomizer cannot produce a significant vapor any longer, it's time to replace the
internal resistance with a new one. Unpack a new resistance (sold separately). Make sure that there is
no liquid in the cartomizer. On both ends of the steel cylinder you can find two metal rings. Unscrew the
lower one, with the resistance in the middle, then unscrew the little central metal cylinder containing
the wicks in organic cotton and the resistance, then replace the resistance with a new one by firmly
screwing it. Screw back the base of AVATAR Q18 cartomizer with the new resistance. To fill with liquid
the AVATAR Q18 cartomizer with the new resistance, please follow instructions under "Operating mode".
