The Easy 6-channel push-button panel module for flush-mounting is a touch control device that has 6
6channels, used on their own or together, with the functions of ON/OFF, dimmer control, roller shutter
control, scene management, priority and timed controls on a KNX bus.
The device is fed by the bus line and each channel has two LEDs (amber/blue) for night-time localisation
and display of the controlled load status.
The touch detection areas consist of capacitive sensors, one for each channel. The devices are also
equipped with a temperature sensor and buzzer to signal touching.
The push-button panel module is inside the standard flush-mounting boxes, mounted on the Chorus
range supports in the space taken up by three modules. Depending on the number of channels you want
to use, the push-button panel can be completed with the Chorus touch KNX plate, with 6 symbols (GW
16 966 CB, GW 16 966 CN, GW 16 966 CT), 4 symbols (GW 16 964 CB, GW 16 964 CN, GW 16 964 CT)
or 2 symbols (GW 16 962 CB, GW 16 962 CN, GW 16 962 CT).
Each of the 6 channels of the push-button panel can be configured with the Easy
controller to carry out one of the following functions as chosen:
CYCLIC ON/OFF SWITCHOVER
With this function the electrical loads can be activated or deactivated like, for instance, of the lighting
devices connected to a KNX actuator. The push-button sends the ON and OFF commands alternately.
The status of the controlled actuator is signalled by the LED (amber/blue) selected, according to
what is specified in the INDICATOR LIGHT paragraph.
FRONTS MANAGEMENT
With this function the electrical loads can be activated or deactivated like, for instance,
of the lighting devices connected to a KNX actuator.
The channel can be configured for:
• sending the ON command;
• sending the OFF command;
• sending the ON command when touched, OFF when released (ON/OFF);
• sending the OFF command when touched, ON when released (OFF/ON);
In this mode the device does not allow the automatic control of the indicator LEDs. Their
switching on can be associated with the contact status of an actuator by means of four status
channels to be selected explicitly in the function creating phase.
ON COMMAND WITH TIMER
With this function an electrical load can be activated connected to a KNX actuator, i.e. stairs light,
which automatically deactivates after the time set, parameterisable on the actuator. The status of
the controlled actuator is signalled by the LED (amber/blue) selected, according to what is specified
in the INDICATOR LIGHT paragraph.
