2 INSTALL GUIDANCE

a. Examinations
Once the Machine is received, should immediately test the machine .If any problems, report to
Logistic Company or get in touch with Supplier by Mail to get the solutions
b. Movements
When moving the Machine , keep it straight and do not expose it outdoors.
•
Use a Forklift or a crane to unload the Machine in order to protect the Package.
•
Move the machine by lifter or manpower to the settled place then open the package.
c. Seal the room
Before the installation :
•
Exam all the walls ,floors ,ceilings .Seal all the gaps, ports.
•
Keep room tidy
d. Locate the machines
Where to set the machine:
Set the machine in low install difficulties and no obstacles fluently air flow air flows place. Beware
of leaking , shorten the connecting pipes as possible as you can.
e. Secure the base
Put the machine in flat and Secure base and put damping pad on the base.
f. Enough rooms for Maintaining
To keep ventilated and avoid touching anything else, there should be more than 100cm interspac-
es all around the machine.
g. Circuit Connections
Check the completeness of all the parts of this Machine
Connect the plug with a 3 phase 220V 60HZ power.
h. Pipe Connections
Water-in: Link the AIO with your water tap by pipes , beware of the leaking
Water-out: The drainage pipe should have a water lock to avoid leaking
**Before the machine is commissioned, the Freon in the pipeline should be evacuated.(Details
please see the charge gas guide)
Phase sequence check
Power on the machine, close the fan switch of the indoor unit, and briefly press the fan contactor
with your finger to see if the indoor fan is turning correctly. Check the compressor and the out-
door fan in the same way.
When you received the machine please open the machine then connect the wires.
