3. PRE-LAUNCH DEBUG GUIDANCE

A. Equipment Examinations
a) Keep the installation racks Level and Sturdy
b) Keep the Water-in and Water-out sockets Sturdy
c) Secure the power support system and the wire sockets
d) Secure the wire connections and make sure air flows to a right direction and flows fluently
e) Secure the Blow-in and the Air-return fluently
f) Keep the room tidy , constantly clear the room
4. MAINTAINANCE GUIDANCE
A. Cautions
a) Do not open the door , if you need to ,shut-off the Machine
b) Frequently Change the Air filter
c) Ground Protection is necessary
d) Do not exam the Electric parts with Power on
e) Do not exam the System parts with Pressures
f) The running power should only vary from 210v to 230v
g) The Machine should only be operated by a Professional Technicians
h) Empty the water tank when the Machine is going to be unused for a long time
B. Maintaining
a) Before the maintaining please be sure the Machine is shut-off
b) The compressor will be hot when Machine is shut , Do not get burnt
c) Tighten the screw when the maintaining is over
d) All the instructions above must be operated by a Professional Technician
C. Regular Maintaining Procedures：
a) Check the Cooling system and the Protection once every Month
b) Check Socket & Switch & Contactor once every Month
c) Check the Blowing Machine once every Four Month
d) Check the Running noise once every Four Month
e) Check the Filter once every Month
