TROUBLESHOOTING

In most cases, problems with your Brondell H2O+ water filtration system can be resolved with a
little troubleshooting by checking each of the items below . If you cannot resolve the problem
you are having after troubleshooting, please call Brondell customer service toll free: 888-542-
3355 or email us at support@brondell .com .
Symptom
• Is the temperature of the supply water

• Is the supply water valve closed?

• Is the filter blocked or damaged?
• Check if water supply valve under sink or
the faucet diverter is closed .
No water comes
out .
• Have you missed your scheduled filter
replacement?
Check
Measures to take
Use cold water only and flush system
for 2 minutes .
Replace the filter .
Check the supply water valve .
If the water temperature lowers dramatically,
the amount of filtered water will reduce
Replace the filter .
Open supply valve and/or the diverter .
Replace the filter .
