Problems with the energizer
There are no lights on the energizer.
Power supply or energizer faulty?
1 Check the power supply LED. If it is green, check that the power supply is firmly
attached to the energizer and that the mains power supply is on. If it is red, the
power supply is faulty and needs to be returned.
2 If the energizer is still not operating, it may require servicing.
The Heavy load indicator is on.
A branch may have fallen on the fence or something else may be entangled in it?
Disconnect the energizer from the mains power supply, then check the fence.
There may be a short on the fence or on the lead out cable connecting the
energizer to the fence?
Check for shorting using a Fault Finder or a Fence Remote with Fault Finder to assist
you. Fix fault(s) as required.
The Light load indicator is on.
Grass or undergrowth may be touching the fence?
Check the fence and remove any material touching the fence.
The Earth status indicator is on.
Earth system may be faulty?
Visit the website (see energizer packaging for details) for advice on installing and
maintaining an effective earth system.
