The fault indicator is on. What do the fault codes mean?
Fault code
Fault indicator is on and a red LED is
illuminated on the power supply.
Fault indicator is on and the red LEDs
are illuminated. Other LEDs will also
be illuminated (representing a fault
code).
Fault indicator is on and the orange
LEDs are illuminated.

Faulty power
supply.
Energizer
malfunction.
The energizer
has a fault
which may be
affecting its
performance.
The energizer
is overheating.
A replacement power
supply is required. Return
the power supply to your
distributor.
Take a photo of the fault
code being displayed and
contact your distributor.
Check that the energizer
has been mounted in a
cool, well ventilated area.
If this fault code persists,
contact your distributor.
