Q. Is there a maximum and minimum temperature for using and
storing the SL14?
A. The SL14 will operate at temperatures ranging from 32˚ to
113˚ Fahrenheit (0° to 45° Celsius). The unit should not be
used if condensation appears.
Q. What is the best way to store the SL14?
A. Store in a cool (room temperature), non-refrigerated, dry
place. Avoid high temperatures.
Troubleshooting
1. The SL14 will not turn on.
Verify:
• The power cord is fully inserted into the back of the SL14.
• There is no dirt or debris on the prongs of the power cord.
• The power outlet has power.
2. The SL14 will not charge my devices.
Verify:
• The power cord is fully inserted into the back of the SL14
• The device to be charged requires 5V.
• The devices being charged simultaneously do not require
more than 6.5 Amps total.
• The USB port you are plugged into has enough power to
power your device.
• The USB charge cable is fully inserted into the USB port.
• The power outlet has power.
3. The SL14 will not charge three tablets and my phone at the
same time.
The SL14 can charge up to 6.5 Amps total. Some examples of
devices the adapter can simultaneously charge:
• 2 tablets and 2 smartphones
• 1 tablet and 3 smartphones
• 4 smartphones
