Troubleshooting
1.
Device will not charge.
Verify:
•
The SL15 is powered on.
•
Your wall outlet is supplying power.
•
The device to be charged requires 5V.
•
Devices to be simultaneously charged do not total more
than 12.5 Amps.
•
Any devices plugged into the 2.4 Amp ports do not draw
more than 2.5 Amps.
•
The USB charge cable is correctly inserted into the SL15
and device and is free from dirt and debris.
2.
The SL15 will not turn on.
Verify:
•
Proper connection between AC adapter and the SL15.
•
Proper connection between AC adapter and wall socket.
•
The wall socket has power.
