1- ChARACTERISTICS
ECRU is an outdoor radio receiver designed to receive and store in EEPROM codes from ELVOX rolling code and fixed code
remote controls with a frequency of 433.92Mhz. This device features 2 relay outputs, expandable to 4 by inserting ECRU.CA
modules. Each output can be programmed as: monostable, bistable or timed.

3. INSTALLATION
3.1 Selecting the supply voltage
If ECRU is powered at 24 V, insert jumper JP4 between 2 and 3
If ECRU is powered at 12 V, insert jumper JP4 between 1 and 2
3.2 Contact configuration for outputs CH1 and CH2
Jumper JP2 between 2 and 3 configures output CH1 as Normally Closed (N.C.)
Jumper JP2 between 1 and 2 configures output CH1 as Normally Open (N.O.)
Jumper JP3 between 2 and 3 configures output CH2 as Normally Closed (N.C.)
Jumper JP3 between 1 and 2 configures output CH2 as Normally Open (N.O.)
3.3 Assembly
To obtain the best results you should carefully choose the points of installation for the receiver and the aerial. It is not
recommended to install two receivers that do not meet a minimum distance of 1.5 m between each other and it is good practice
to position the receiver away from computer system networks, alarm systems and other potential sources of interference.
3.4 Aerial
The receiver is equipped with its own aerial, consisting of a piece of stiff wire 17 cm long. Alternatively, you can connect a
tuned aerial (code ZL43) to be connected to the receiver via a coaxial cable RG58 (impedance 50 Ohm) with a maximum
length of 15 m. The aerial should be positioned outside at the highest point, away from any metal structures.
3.5 Connections
The receiver should be connected by following the diagram shown below:
