Place rail panel across the opening and adjust
to ensure equal baluster spacing on each
end (Fig. 5). Mark the rail panel at the post
face at all four locations shown in Figure 1.
and cut the panel at this location on all four
ends using a carbide tip blade of at least 60
teeth.

OVER-THE-TOP POSTS
Test fi t the rail panel by hanging the panel
on the top of the over-the-top brackets (Fig.
6). Place your bottom rail bracket into the
bottom rail and mark the top of the bottom
rail brackets on both of your posts (Fig. 7).
Remove your panel and bottom brackets.

Align your bottom brackets to the marks
made on your posts, and mark the two holes
using a pencil (Fig. 8). Using a 1/
drill these two holes. Repeat for other post.
Using provided screws (E), attach your
bottom brackets to your posts.
Test fi t rail panel. Once proper fi t is ensured,
press bottom bracket covers (C) onto the
ends of your bottom rail (Fig. 9), and set panel
in place on brackets.
