Adjust the recording level on your recorder if necessary.
Hold the Prenatal Heart Listener® very still and begin recording.

Remember, the sound of your heartbeat can have a very calming
and soothing effect on your baby. You may want to record your
own heartbeat before your baby is born. You will then be able to
play back your recorded heartbeat to your baby after birth.
We recommend a 30-minute recording.
NOTE:
your own heartbeat since it is much louder than that of your
unborn baby's.
