GETTING FAMILIAR WITH YOUR UNIT

1. PRESSURE REGULATOR VALVE AND EXHAUST PIPE
Work together to keep pressure steady. When pressure builds
up, regulator valve pushes upward and steam starts escaping
from exhaust pipe keeping internal temperature and pressure at
a constant level.
2. STAY-COOL HANDLES
Lid handle and locking latch work in conjunction with pot handle
to open and close your pressure cooker. As pressure builds up
the locking pin rises and stays up, keeping the lid locked.
Grip handle serves as extra support when handling the unit.





