For cooking dishes with oil splashes such as roast chicken, it is advisable to put two
sheets of aluminium on a plate to reduce the oil splashes. Place a sheet on a plate.
Then, the oil will fall drop by drop between the sheets.
Always use the handle for the plate when you are
inserting or removing the plate. Direct contact will cause
severe burns.
Do not put water on the glass door when it is hot.
The glass may break.
Do not place anything on or near the elements (High and
Low), the food will burn.
Always position the cooking plate on the fourth position
of the grill to avoid an liquids dripping or crumbs on
the elements.
Do not use flammable substances near an electrical
appliance in operation.
Keep pressurised containers and any other flammable gas
away from the unit in operation. This could cause fire or
an explosion.
