9.1 Crispy salmon cubes
• Servings: 2
• Preparation time: 20 - 30 minutes
• Ingredients: 200g salmon cubes:
• 200g salmon cubes (without peel and bones)
• 100g Cornflakes
• 1 - 2 egg(s)
• 75g flour
• lemon juice
• salt and pepper
• 1 - 2 tablespoons optional sunflower oil / rapeseed oil / olive oil
At first, cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized pieces about 3 x 3 cm and season with
a little lemon juice, salt and pepper. Place the flour on a deep plate. Then beat the
eggs in a plate. Finally, prepare another plate with the crumbled cornflakes. Turn
the fillet pieces in the flour, cover with egg and then completely with the cornfla-
kes. Then fry the breaded salmon pieces in the Arendo air fryer with a teaspoon
of oil at 190 °C about 6 - 8 minutes until it's crispy. Serve it on a plate.
