3.2. Instructions for use

− Before
starting the appliance for the first time wash the interior of the vat thoroughly.
Warning! The supplied removable walls permit to subdivide the washing basin
into several sections and to wash different types and quantities of
vegetable at the same time.

3.2.1. Preparation

- Turn the main switch (1) and set it on position ON.
- The green voltage control light (2) will automatically switch on.
- Turn selector switch (3) anticlockwise; the tank will be automatically filled with water.
As soon as the maximum level is reached, the filling will be automatically stopped.
During this stage, the water filling can be interrupted by turning the selector switch (3)
manually on position 0.
