Assembly Step 1-A
Hardware Panel 1
1. Add one 1/2" flat washer (47)
to each of the 1/2" x 3-1/2" hex
head bolts (32).
2. Run the bolts (32) through
each of wheels (28), then add
another 1/2" flat washer (47).
NOTE: THE WHEELS
NEED TO TURN FREELY.
3. Allowing movement in the tire,
loosely add one 5/16" Hex Head Nut
(8) to each bolt.
