Solution
• Make sure the inlet filters on the fill valves are
not clogged.
• Check that supply hoses are not kinked or
clogged.
• Make sure that both hot and cold water taps
are turned on all the way.
• Check supply hose connections.
• Ensure that the drain hose is not kinked.
• Make sure that the drain hose is no higher
than 1.2 m above the bottom of the washing
machine.
• Always remove items from the washing
machine as soon as the cycle is complete.
• The washing machine can be fully loaded, but
the drum should not be tightly packed with
items. The door of the washing machine should
close easily.
• Hot water rinse can set wrinkles in garments.
Check the supply hose connections.
• Follow the guidelines provided by the detergent
manufacturer.
• Run the Limpieza de Tina (Tub Clean)
programme regularly.
• Add more items to allow the washing machine
to balance the loads.
• Always try to wash articles of somewhat similar
weight to allow the washing machine to evenly
distribute the weight of the load for spinning.
• Manually redistribute the load if articles have
become tangled.
