JUICE EXTRACTION
Use fresh, slightly unripe fruit and vegetables, as they contain more juice.
•
Carefully wash the fruit and vegetables from which juice is to be extracted.
•
Remove pips/stones from fruit, if present.
•
Cut fruit and vegetables into pieces that will easily fit into the inlet.
•
It is not necessary to peel all fruit. Only thick skin/rind from fruit/vegetables such as oranges,
•
pineapples or beetroots must be removed. It is also recommended to remove the white part of
citrus fruit rind, as it has a bitter taste.
Apple juice turns brown very quickly. This process can be inhibited by adding several drops of
•
lemon juice to the apple juice.
JUICING
Make sure that the appliance has been properly assembled and is protected with the safety
•
lock.
Connect the appliance to a source of power whose parameters match those specified in the
•
rating plate on the appliance.
Insert the prepared vegetables or fruit into the inlet and push them in with the pusher.
•
Attention! Before juice extraction, cut the fruit and vegetables into pieces that
will fit easily into the inlet.
After juice extraction is completed, disconnect the appliance from the power source by
•
removing the plug from the outlet socket.
Attention!
When extracting juice, make sure that the bowl does not overflow. If it does, open the juice outlet
flap so that the juice can flow down into the container. Place the pulp and juice containers on a
stable surface that is easy to clean (as the juice or pulp can be accidentally spilled).
