GARANTÍA LIMITADA. Sujeta a los términos y las condiciones que se exponen a
continuación. Miller Electric Mfg. LLC, Appleton, Wisconsin, garantiza a su
comprador minorista original que el nuevo equipo de Miller vendido después de la
fecha de entrada en vigor de esta garantía limitada no tiene defectos en el material
ni en la mano de obra en el momento en que Miller realiza el envío. ESTA
GARANTÍA SUSTITUYE EXPRESAMENTE A CUALQUIER OTRA GARANTÍA,
EXPRESA O IMPLÍCITA, INCLUIDAS LAS GARANTÍAS DE COMERCIABILIDAD
Y ADECUACIÓN.
Las caretas con lentes fotosensibles serie Digital de Miller tienen garantía por 3
años desde la fecha de compra. Para realizar transacciones relativas a la garantía,
es necesario presentar evidencia de la compra, por lo que es imprescindible
guardar una copia original de la factura o del recibo de venta.
