2* - IMPORTANT: It is important that the planks are correctly interlocked, especially those at the bottom (where the pressure of the water will be greatest).
TO INTERLOCK A WARPED PLANK:
Even if they are on a pallet and wrapped in packaging, it is possible that some planks may be warped. This is entirely normal in view of the fact that
wood is a living material. In order to install a warped plank, engage one of the two sides of the plank in position. Straighten the other side using 2
wooden wedges and the clamp. Use the hammer and the sacrifice piece to engage it in position.
2a - Principle of assembly To do this, use the sacrifice piece to fit all the planks together. If the tongues, which correctly align the planks when they are interlocked, are missing or have
minor flaws, this does not in any way affect the mechanical strength of the wood, its durability or the assembling of the pool.
2b - Make the first row of planks level.
2c - Push on the ends of the walls to press the structure onto the cradle.
2d - Control the shape using a tape measure (10m).
2e - Position the water jet plank on the 6th row. This can be either to the right or the left of the skimmer.
2f - P osition the skimmer lower plank on the 7th complete row. Complete the assembling of the structure by interlocking all the upper planks; Ensure the skimmer lower planks and
upper planks are aligned.
3a – Positioning of the brackets taking account of the top-bottom direction.
3b – Mark in the position of the brackets according to their height on the sides of the pool.
3c – Mark in the pre-drilling points on the side where the skimmer goes.
3d – Drill the holes for screwing on all the brackets.
3e – Place the brackets and screw them in so that the screw heads are fully embedded into the wood.
3f – Fix on the wooden stops for the skimmer flaps.
3g – Cut to size the 45x135 post for the skimmer.
3h - Cut the wall reinforcement posts (cross-section 45x135) to the height of the swimming pool.
3i - As for the reinforcements, mark the position of the holes and arrange the posts. Drill through the walls on each plank.
3j - Screw in all the planks to the side panel support and countersink the screw-heads into the wood.
3k – Note the placing of the brace covers.
3l – Mark in the points where the brace covers will be screwed in and drill the sides of the structure.
3m – Screw in the supports, fully embedding the screw heads.
3n – Nail the 3 sections of the brace cover together.
4a - Screw the mouth of the skimmer into the upper plank using the two (2) round-headed screws which you will find in the bag of screws supplied in the skimmer box.
4b - Install the square skimmer outer seal as well as the skimmer body.
4c - Secure the assembly using the eight (8) round-headed screws provided in the packet of screws supplied in the skimmer box, tightening well to ensure leaktightness.
4d - After binding the threaded section of the valve with Teflon (wrapping the tape around anti-clockwise at least 20 times), screw it into the body of the skimmer. Close the valve.
Next, bind the threaded section of the fluted tip in the same way with the Teflon tape. Screw this nozzle to the valve. If the support post is hindering the task, you could cut out a
section of it to make the space needed
4e - Drill through the dimension rails (3 cm from the ends, approx. every 20cm thereafter).
4f - Unroll the wall felt and press the plastic rail on top, flush with the upper plank.
4g - Screw in the first track of the liner.
4h - Mark out where the corner cut is to be made.
4i - Cut the corners as shown in the diagram. Screw all of the tracks.
4j - Feel where the outside frame of the skimmer is.
4k - Do the same for the backwash inlet.
4l - Procéder de même avec le refoulement.
4m - Leaktightness seal for skimmer frame/liner. Fit one of the two rectangular seals on the skimmer frame ensuring that it is fully bonded.
4n - At the backwash inlet, fit the cork seal so that it is in contact with the side panel then fit one of the two round white seals on top of it, ensuring that they are fully bonded.
5a - Put the ground protection felt in place.
5b - Cut out the protective felt underlay using a Stanley knife or a pair of scissors.
5c - Install the liner when the outdoor temperature is between 20°C and 25°C.
5d - Hook the liner on to the lip of the track
5e - Check the position of the liner and smooth out the biggest creases.
5f - Adjust the corners of the liner to fit the frame of the pool.
5g - Fill the pool with water to a depth of 2 cm.
5h - Smooth out the creases and fill with water up to 5cm below the backwash inlet nozzle.
6a - Stop filling with water 5cm below the backwash inlet nozzle.
6b - Position the backwash inlet nozzle from the inside of the pool.
6c - Cut out the liner for the backwash inlet nozzle, leaving about 2 mm play around it.
6d - Tighten the outer nut on the backwash inlet nozzle well enough to ensure it is fully leaktight, following the tip shown in the diagram, if necessary.
6e - Bind the threaded section of the nozzles with Teflon tape in the anti-clockwise direction. Minimum 20 winds.
6f - Install one of the 4m pipes and secure it using a metal collar.
6g - Place the other end of the pipe in the pool and fill with water up to 5cm below the skimmer.
6h - Mark in the position of the skimmer seal.
6i - Fit the seal and the frame of the skimmer using the 18 flat-headed screws from the packet of screws supplied in the skimmer box.
6j - Cut out the liner on the inside of the skimmer frame. Then put in place and clip in the flange cover.
6k - The water is at the correct level when it is halfway up the skimmer (after you have put in the filter).
7a - A rrange the finishing profiles at each corner of the pool. Cut these off at the height of the swimming pool, making sure to leave 2cm clearance between the end of the finishing
profile and the edging.
7b - Fix the finishing profiles using the nails provided.

The ladders should not be used for any other purpose
The maximum weight limit is 150 kg
The means of access should be put in a safe place when not in use
9a - Put the ladder in position. To do that, expel the air from the steps if necessary.
9b - It can only be placed at certain points. See instructions for the cover.
9c - Secure the stainless steel supports using the bolts provided in the stainless steel ladder box.
NOTICE 355x550 - H120-2018/1.indd 18
Before you start assembling the pool, check through the list provided on page 5 (warranty) to
make quite sure that you have all the necessary parts.
1a - Must be installed on a concrete slab. Thickness: 20cm minimum. Ensure that the slab is perfectly flat and level.
The minimum dimensions of the slab must be at least equal to those of the pool, including copings. Please see plan on page 20.
2 possible configurations:
1- If you are making the slab but do not yet have the metal brace (as you are awaiting delivery of
the pool), you can prepare the concrete slab, leaving a trench 18cm deep and 10 cm wide. Once
the pool has arrived, place the metal brace in the trench and fill it in with concrete, paying close
attention to the level (Drawing 1e).
2 - If you are making the slab and you already have the metal brace, you can embed this in the
concrete, paying close attention to the level (Drawing 1e). Make sure you plan for 1 to
3 depending on the type of pool.
Once the metal brace(s) has/have been removed from the packaging, it is absolutely essential that the wood
provided for the structure is repacked flat on the pallet and that it is all strapped together so as to avoid any
possible distortions.
1b - Place the structure in relation to the prevailing wind, the first wooden plank can provisionally be used to do this.
1c - Assemble the horizontal brace with the two vertical uprights.
1d - Positioning of the brace.
1e - Fill in the space with concrete.
There must be a concrete slab for the guarantee to be valid.
If using a safety tarpaulin, make sure to centre
the stainless steel ladder on the edging
