Mounting

Respect admissible temperature and humidity conditions (see Technical Data).
Installation should be done:
 On wall with 2 screws
 On 3 modules box
Positioning
 Wall mounting, in a position in which is present a natural movement of the air.
 In an accessible position for controls and inspections.
 Not in the immediate proximity of windows, ventilating grilles, water outlets and
similar places.
ESN14.G - ESN16.G - ESN26.G: 20 - 30 cm from the ceiling, for the detection of
light gases as methane (fig.1).
ESN14.P - ESN16.P - ESN26.P: 20 -30 cm from the floor, for the detection of
heavy gases as LPG (fig.2).
The detector and its sensing element have been developed for use in clean air in
which should be occasionally present concentration of methane gas or LPG.
Gas or vapours of substances such as alcohol, silicone, solvents present in some
home application detergents or smokes generates from food cooking could cause
unwanted intervention of the detector and in the long term influences the apparatus
reliability.
