Wait 8s until you hear a beep and the LEDs go out.
The last selected ringing tones are stored in memory.
Setting times
By default, the following times are programmed:
Speech time after initiating a call
Speech time after opening the door with 10-560.
Time that the camera image remains active
Number of times the red LED blinks when someone tries to set up a call while you
are keeping the system busy (call or activated camera)
Number of times the red LED blinks when you pick up the receiver or activate the
camera while the system is busy.
Time that a call from an external unit or a floor bell push-button remains indicated
Time that an internal call which you initiated yourself remains indicated
Time that settings can be changed after activation
You can also set other times via
• the power supply. For more information on programming via the power supply, see manual of the power supply.
• the service unit. For more information on programming via the service unit, see manual of the service unit (10-870).
• the relay
5. TROUBLESHOOTING
In case of problems, always first check with a multimeter whether the following voltages are present:
• between b and a: approx. +24 VDC;
• between b and P: approx. +24 VDC;
• between M and P: approx. +24 VDC;
• between M and V1 or V2: approx. +5 VDC.
A list of possible problems with their causes and remedies is given below.
Problem
You hear a negative tone when

Cause
Programming error.
The system is still in programming mode.
The video internal unit is not connected
correctly.
Two functions are allocated to the key

Conductors V1 and V2 are reversed.
Inappropriate cable is used:
• cable distance is too great;
• cable is deteriorated;
• cable cross section is too thin;
• cable is not a twisted pair cable.
Gain on the splitters is not adjusted cor-
rectly.
Wiring is not connected correctly:
• M of P ontbreken;
• V1 of V2 zijn niet aangesloten.
Jumpers not configured correctly.
Wiring is not connected correctly.

Remedy
Erase the programming and reprogram.
Quit the programming mode.
Check the wiring.
If a call has been initiated, the relay switches to open the door.
If no call has been initiate
Reverse conductors V1 and V2.
Replace the cable with an appropriate cable.
Adjust the gain on the splitters using the potentiometers.
Check the wiring (see connection diagram).
Set jumpers correctly on the contacts (see chapter Mounting)
Check the wiring (see connection diagram).
