1. General Instructions
No modifications or alterations can be made to the product without authorisation from the manufacturer, in the
event of this, the guarantee will be invalidated.
National standards and safety regulations must be observed.
2. Safety instructions
Before using the item, it should be checked to ensure it functions correctly. Should there be any defects, it must
not be used.
The instructions in the accident prevention regulations for BGV D27 "industrial trucks" must be observed
and complied with.
Only use for its intended purpose.
Pallet trucks must not be left in raised position.
Pallets/containers may only be slightly raised when being carried.
3. Use and intended purpose
The high-lift pallet truck is suitable for lifting and transporting loads which are on pallets or in mesh box pallets.
It should be used on even surfaces.
The operational temperature range is between -10°C and +40°C.

5. Operation
We recommend wearing gloves and safety shoes when operating the truck.
There is a switch handle on the lifting trolley tow handle which can be switched to 3 different
positions (see Fig. 1):
LOWER =lowering, NEUTRAL = transporting, ASCENT = lifting.
If the lifting trolley does not respond according to the selected switch position, this can be
corrected by subsequent adjusting of the adjustment screw (1). All 3 switch positions
should be tested after adjusting the setting.
Select the required function/switch position with the lever on the tow
handle as shown in fig. 1.

down with the tow handle.

The forks come down slowly
The swivel castors must always be locked when lifting or lowering.
