Mount rim (18) to backboard and tighten completely.

PROPERTY DAMAGE.
Support pole and tank

assembly over support
table. Attach backboard
components onto pole.
While still in the horizontal
position, secure hardware
at desired position as
shown and tighten
completely at this time.
Install pole cap (26).
NOTE:
WHEN TIGHTENED
PROPERLY, U-BOLTS
MAY DEFORM POLE
SLIGHTLY.
