desired time or ON

foods when browned or halfway
through cooking time.
• Cook beef and pork to at least
160ºF (71ºC).
• Cook chicken to at least 165ºF
(73ºC).
• Cook fish until at least 145ºF
(63ºC) or until opaque or flakes
with a fork.
• Visit foodsafety.gov for more safe
cooking temperature information.
