F) The strength of anchor points, both natural
and fixed in rock, is not always guaranteed. It
is essential to use critical judgment to ensure
adequate protection.
G) It is absolutely forbidden to modify and/
or repair the product:
will be assumed by the manufacturer for
damages, injury or death caused by misuse,
modification of the product, repairs performed
by unauthorised persons or the use of non-
genuine parts.

with chemical agents or other corrosive

For safety against falls it is essential to:
- evaluate the risks and make sure that the entire
security system, of which this device is only
one component, is reliable and safe,
- prepare a rescue plan for coping with possible
emergencies that may arise when using the
device,
- ensure work is carried out in such a way as to
minimise potential falls from height,
- verify that the fall arrest systems conform to EN
363, in particular that:
- the anchor point is in accordance with EN 795
and guarantees a minimum strength of 12 kN
and is preferably positioned above the user,
