MAINTENANCE
WARNING
Periodically inspect the entire product for damaged, missing, or loose parts such as screws,
nuts, bolts, caps, etc. Tighten securely all fasteners and caps and do not operate this product
until all missing or damaged parts are replaced. Please contact customer service or an
authorized service center for assistance.
Cleaning
WARNING
Always keep tool clean (especially ventilation slots).

Avoid using solvents when cleaning plastic parts. Most plastics are susceptible to damage
•
from various types of commercial solvents and may be damaged by their use.
Wipe the surface with a dry cloth to remove dirt, dust, oil, grease, etc.
•
WARNING
Chemicals can damage, weaken or destroy plastic which may result in serious personal
injury .
Storage
Disconnect the battery pack.
•
Clean all foreign material from the air inlets of
•
the blower.
Store indoors in a place that is inaccessible
•
to children. Keep away from corrosive
agents, such as garden chemicals and de-
icing salts.
Your blower is equipped with a storage rail for
•
hanging the blower. To use it, securely mount
the storage rail horizontally leveled on the
wall with 2 screws (not supplied). Use screws
sufficiently strong to hold the combined
weight of the blower and battery pack. Hang
the blower onto the storage rail using the
hook. (Fig. 8).
Service
WARNING

Service Center or Authorized SKIL Service Station.

When servicing, use only identical replacement parts . Use of any
other parts could create a hazard or cause product damage .
To avoid serious personal injury, always remove the battery pack
from the tool when cleaning or performing any maintenance.
Do not at any time let brake fluids, gasoline, petroleum-based
products, penetrating oils, etc ., come in contact with plastic parts .
Preventive maintenance performed by unauthorized personnel may
result in misplacing of internal wires and components which could
