Troubleshooting

Refer to this troubleshooting section if you encounter any difficulties in setting up and using your Stereo Wireless
Headphone system.
PROBLEM SOLUTION
No sound heard through • Check that your audio source, transmitting station and headphone are connected,
the headphone supplied properly and turned on.
• Check to ensure that the batteries are installed correctly.
• Check to ensure the transmitting station is running and the ON· O FF LED indicator light
(1b) on the unit is on.
• Check that the audio source is delivering a sufficient signal to the transmitting station's
AUDIO IN input socket (1i).
PROBLEM SOLUTION
Poor sound quality or • Check to ensure that the sound provided by the audio source is loud enough and of
interference sufficient quality.
• Check if the batteries have sufficient power. Recharge or replace them, if necessary.
• Check to see if you have selected the best transmission channel (1, 2, or 3) on the
transmitting station to provide the optimum signal reception. If necessary, try another
channel (1h). Then, press the FINE TUNING button (2i) on the headphone once to
adjust reception.
• Check if the distance between the headphone and/or speakers and the transmitting
station is within the operating range. (The effective range is up to 150 feet/46 meters.)*
Move closer to the transmitting station to receive the sound.
• Check that the audio source provides stereo sound.
* Range may vary by environment.
