AT THE END OF SERVICE
- Switch the burners off.
- Empty the well completely.
12. USING THE ELECTRIC PASTA COOKER
The appliance is designed for boiling pasta, rice,
vegetables and similar foodstuffs in water.
While the pasta cooker is on, the water level must
be maintained level with or above the minimum
level indicated on the rear wall of the well.
Use very fine grained salt, adding it to the well
when the water is boiling. Do not use
coarsegrained rock salt in the well.
At the end of each day, clean the well thoroughly
in order to prevent the formation of corrosive
deposits.
FILLING AND EMPTYING OF THE TANK
Filling
- Turn handle " H " of the drain valve anticlockwise.
The drain is completely closed only when the
handle is in the horizontal position.
- Turn the water tap knob to refill the well with the
same quantity of water evaporated during cooking.
Water comes out of the nozzle, which can be
placed under the draining surface.
- Fill the well until the water is level with or above
the minimum level (bottom mark) indicated on the
rear wall of the well.
- To halt filling, turn the knob clockwise.
Emptying
- Turn the handle " H " of the drain valve clockwise.
The drain is completely open when the handle is in
the vertical position.
SWITCHING ON AND OFF
The control knob has the following positions:
OFF
MINIMUM TEMPERATURE
INTERMEDIATE TEMPERATURES
MAXIMUM WATER TEMPERATURE
SWITCHING ON
- Press and turn the knob from position " 1 " to
position " 3 " .
- The yellow indicator light switches on.
TURNING OFF
- Turn the knob to position "0".
- The yellow indicator light switches off.
COOKING
- Fill the well.
- Adjust the heating accoding to your cooking
requirements.
AT THE END OF SERVICE
- Turn the knob to position "0".
- Empty the well completely.
13. PROLONGED DISUSE
Before any prolonged disuse of the appliance,
proceed as follows:
- Clean the appliance thoroughly.
- Rub stainless steel surfaces with a cloth soaked in
vaseline oil to create a protective film.

Close cocks or main switches ahead of the
appliances.
