The EPL-Transceiver/M has 3 wires for connecting a floating blind button:
- orange (fig. 9a):
- brown (fig. 9b):
- purple (fig. 9c):
4 • ACTIVATION / PROGRAMMING
4.1 Initial Activation
• Determine which actuators are to communicate with which sensors and document this

in a programming table (see page 20).
This will make programming easier for you.
• Create groups in order to combine several EPL modules according to function.
• You can create 16 main groups "g" with the identifiers A -x P and 15 sub-groups "e"
with the identifiers 1 - 15 (fig. 1).
In addition, the sub-group 0 may be programmed as a central group within a main
group. This means that a total of 256 groups can be formed.
In each group, any number of EPL modules can be programmed (exception: there
may only be one EPL-Transceiver/TLA per group).
• Set the groups on all EPL modules using a slotted screwdriver (max. 2.5 mm blade)
at the rotary knobs "g" and "e".
For reasons of space, only every 2nd identifier is printed on the rotary knobs.
It is also possible to set the knobs on the line between 2 values.
