Section valves switches
Note: in the versions with the main switch, the section valves state depends on such switch which must
be set to ON to start the delivery.
Main switch to control the discharge valve
OFF ON
2-position or 3-position "GUARD ACTUATORS" mode on AUTOMATIC: when main switch is disabled (OFF)
guards are closed together with the sections.
Pressure adjustment control switch
- ADJUSTABLE ACTUATOR control mode
The switch is normally at the center: work it to the right or to the left to activate the
corresponding function.
- GUARD ACTUATOR control mode 2-POSITION
Work switch to the right or to the left to close/open the corresponding guard.
- GUARD ACTUATOR control mode 3-POSITION
The OPEN and CLOSE positions are independent from the boom sprayer control.
• OPEN position: moving the switch outwards, the corresponding guard is opened.
• If in central position (CLOSE), the switch closes the corresponding guard.
• If in position A, the switch activates the AUTOMATIC mode, conditioned by the
boom sprayer closing control:
half-boom closed = corresponding guard closed;
half-boom open = corresponding guard open.
Turn switch to the right or to the left to disable the corresponding side of orchard sprayer.
2-position or 3-position "GUARD ACTUATORS" mode on AUTOMATIC: IN
THIS CASE, FURTHER TO THE ORCHARD SPRAYER SIDE DISABLING, THE
CORRESPONDING GUARD WILL BE CLOSED AS WELL.
From 2 to 6, according to the number of valves in the unit.
Turn switch out (position ON) to open the relevant valve and start spraying.
The LED ON indicates the switch is in spraying position.
2 POSITIONS
Push up the switch (ON position) to close the discharge valve and to open the section
valves whose switches are set to ON: the system sprays (the LED ON indicates the
switch is in spraying position).
Note: when main switch is activated (ON) also the section valves are opened if
the relevant switches are set to ON position.
3 POSITIONS
ON / OFF position: the controls are the same as for the 2-position switch.
If in central position, the switch disconnects the control box.
The switch is normally at the center: pull up to raise pressure inside the unit; push down
to lower pressure inside the unit.
Note: the use of a manometer on the control/valve unit is recommended.
