Anwendungsbereich: Dieser Gehörschützer bietet bei ordnungsgemäßem Einsatz und sachgerechter Pflege einen
hervorragenden Schutz vor hochfrequentem Lärm z. B. von dynamischen Maschinen, wie sie in Werkstätten zu finden
sind, von Motorsägen usw.
Gesetzliche Anforderungen: Dieser Gehörschützer entspricht den Anforderungen der EU-Verordnung 2016/425, Kategorie
III „irreversible Risiken". (Europäischer Standard EN352-1:2002 "Gehörschützer - Allgemeine Anforderungen - Teil 1:
Kapselgehörschützer").

Verwendung: (Kapselgehörschützer)
1. Ziehen Sie die Kapseln auseinander, und führen Sie den Bügel über Ihren Kopf.
2. Setzen Sie die Kapseln über Ihre Ohren. Stellen Sie den Sitz der Kapseln ein, indem Sie sie nach oben schieben oder
nach unten ziehen. Der Bügel liegt dabei auf dem Kopf auf und gibt dem Gehörschützer halt.
3. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Auflagepolster die Ohren rundherum gut abdichten, um das Gehör effizient vor Lärm zu
schützen.
Warnung / Risikobeurteilung:
1. Kapselgehörschützer gemäß EN352-1 haben die Größe "klein" (S), "mittel" (M) oder "groß" (L). Für die Mehrzahl der
Nutzer ist die Größe "mittel" geeignet. Wenn die Größe "mittel" nicht passt, gibt es als Ausweichgrößen die Größen
"klein" und "groß".

2. Der Gehörschützer sollte regelmäßig auf Beschädigungen überprüft werden. Setzen Sie den Gehörschützer auf, bevor

6. Der Gehörschützer sollte in lauten Umgebungen dauerhaft getragen werden.
7. Der Gehörschützer bietet keinen ausreichend Schutz, wenn er nicht richtig passt und wenn er nicht regelmäßig auf
Schäden geprüft wird.
8. Wenn die Empfehlungen nicht beachtet werden, gewährleistet der Gehörschützer keinen ausreichenden Schutz.
Austauschen: Der gesamte Gehörschützer sollte mindestens alle 2 bis 3 Jahre ausgetauscht werden, damit ein ausreichender
Schutz gewährleistet ist. Es gibt keine austauschbaren Teile. Versuchen Sie nicht, Teile selbst auszuwechseln. Dadurch
können die Schutzfunktion beeinträchtigt oder der gesamte Gehörschützer beschädigt werden. Wenn Sie einen Gehör-
schutz bestellen möchten, wenden Sie sich an den Hersteller.
Reinigen: Reinigen Sie den Gehörschützer mit warmem Seifenwasser. Verwenden Sie zum Reinigen keine organischen
Lösungsmittel oder Alkohol.
Desinfizieren:
1. Je nach Intensität der Nutzung sollte der Gehörschutz alle 3 Monate desinfiziert werden.
2. Dabei sollten alle Teile des Gehörschutzes desinfiziert werden, die in Kontakt mit dem Benutzer kommen. Verwenden Sie
zum Desinfizieren ein für Kunststoffe geeignetes und für den Benutzer unschädliches Mittel.
Material: PC/POM (Kopfbügel), ABS/HIPS (Gehörkapsel) und Weich-PVC (Kunstleder).
Aufbewahren:
1. Wenn der Gehörschützer nicht genutzt wird, sollte er in einem sauberen, trockenen Kunststoffbeutel aufbewahrt werden.
2. Bei Modellen mit Kunstleder sollte die Aufbewahrungstemperatur nicht über 45 °C liegen. Das für das Kunstleder
verwendete umweltfreundliche Material kann sich bei hohen Temperaturen - sowohl bei der Aufbewahrung als auch bei
der Nutzung - über die Zeit qualitativ verändern.

Utilisation : (Cache-oreilles de protection contre le bruit)
1. Séparez les caches et placez le casque sur la tête.
2. Placez les caches sur les oreilles, ajustez la taille pour un confort optimalen faisant glisser les caches vers le haut ou
vers le bas alors que vous maintenez le serre-tête. Assurez-vous que le serre-tête soit bien positionné au sommet de
la tête.
3. Vérifiez que les coussins du casque soient bien ajustés sur les oreilles pour une réduction du bruit efficace.
Avertissement / Évaluation des risque :
1. Les manchot d'oreilles conformées à la norme EN352-1 sont de « taille moyenne » ou « petite taille » ou « grande taille
». « Taille moyenne » convient à la majorité de porteurs. « Petite taille » ou « grande taille » sont conçues pour ceux qui
ne conviennent pas à la « taille moyenne »..

2. Le casque antibruit doit être régulièrement entretenu. Mettre les casques avant d'exposer au bruit, et les porter
pendant toute la durée d'exposition au bruit. Soyez averti que le non respect de ces recommandations va gravement
compromettre la protection offerte par les casques.
3. Ce produit peut être affecté par certaines substances chimiques. Les informations complémentaires devraient être
fournies par le fabricant.
4. Les casques, en particulier les coussins, peuvent se détériorer avec son usage et devraient être examinés à intervalles
fréquents pour le craquage et la détérioration possibles. Remplacer les casques au bout de 2 à 3 ans d'utilisation
normale ou plus tôt si elles montrent des signes de détérioration.

Replacement : Afin de garder les meilleures fonctions du produit et éviter détérioration des matériaux, veuillez remplacer le

Nettoyage : Nettoyer à l'eau tiède et savonneuse, ne pas utiliser de solvants organiques ou de l'alcool pour le nettoyage.
Désinfection :
1. Il est nécessaire de désinfecter le casques tous les 3 mois, en fonction de l'utilisation.
2. Toutes les pièces du casque en contact du porteur doit être désinfectées avec un produit adapté, non dangereux pour
l'utilisateur.
Matériel : bandeau en PC/POM, gobelet en HIPS/ABS et cuir souple en PVC.
Stockage :
1. Lorsqu'il n'est pas utilisé, il est recommandé de stocker le casque antibruit dans un poly-sac propre et sec.
2. Pour les modèles équipés de bandeau en cuir PVC, il n'est pas autorisé de stocker les produits dans la température
supérieure à 45°C. Les matériaux bons pour l'environnement qui utilisent du cuir PVC auront changer sa qualité sous
haute température ou pendant le transport ou le stockage au fil du temps

Use: (Over-the-head earmuff)
1. Pull the cups apart, place headband passing over head.
2. Place the cups over ears, adjust the height for optimum comfort by sliding the cups up or down while holding the
headband in place. Ensure the headband rests on top of the head to support the muff.
3. Make sure the cushions form a snug seal around the ears and reduce noise effectively.
Warning / risk assessment:
1. Ear-muff complying with EN352-1 is of "medium size range" or "small size range" or "large size range." "Medium size
range" will fit the majority of wearers. "Small size range" or "large size range" ear-muffs are designed to fit wearers for
whom "medium size range" ear-muff are not suitable.

2. The earmuff should be regularly checked for serviceability. Put the earmuffs on before exposing to noise, and wear
them during the whole noise exposure. Be warned that failure to adhere to these recommendations will cause the
protection afforded by the earmuffs to be severely impaired.
3. This product may be adversely affected by certain chemical substances. Further information should be sought from the
manufacturer.
4. Ear muff, and in particular cushions, may deteriorate with use and should be examined a frequent intervals for cracking
and deterioration. Replacing ear-muff after 2 to 3 years normal use or sooner if they show any signs of deterioration.
5. The fitting of hygiene covers to the cushions may affect the acoustic performance of earmuffs.
6. User should permanently wear the headband earmuff in noisy environment.

Replacement: In order to keep the best product features and avoid any materials change its quality, please replace whole
product at least every 2~3 years. There are no spare parts.Do not replace any part by yourself, it might reduce the protective
feature of product; even destroy its overall structure. For any order necessary, please contact with manufacturer.
Cleaning: Cleaning with warm soapy water, do not use organic solvents or alcohol for cleaning.
Disinfection:
1. It's required to disinfect the ear-muff every 3 months, according to the use.
2. Any part of the ear muff which is in contact with the wearer shall be disinfected with a product suitable for use on plastics
and not known to be harmful to the wearer.
Material: PC/POM headband, ABS/HIPS cup and soft PVC leather.
Storage:
1. When not in use, it is recommended to store the ear muff in a clean and dry poly-bag.
2. For models equipped with PVC leather headband, it is not allowed to store the products in the temperature higher than
45°C. The environmental friendly material used for the PVC leather will have qualitative change under excessive high
temperature either in transportation or storage over time.

il basso tenendo in posizione la fascia. Accertarsi che la fascia sia posizionata sulla testa in modo da sostenere le cuffie.
3. Accertarsi che i cuscinetti delle cuffie si adattino all'orecchio sigillandolo dall'esterno e riducano efficacemente il
rumore.
Avvertimenti / Valutazione del rischio:
1. Le cuffie conformi alla EN 352-1 appartengono alla «serie media» o alla «serie small» oppure alla «serie large». Le cuffie
appartenenti alla «serie media» sono adatte alla maggior parte delle persone. Le cuffie appartenenti alla «serie small/
large» sono concepite in maniera tale da essere adatte alle persone per le quali i caschetti appartenenti alla «serie
media» non vanno bene.

2. Le cuffie devono essere manutenute regolarmente. Mettere le cuffie prima dell'esposizione al rumore, e indossarle
durante tutta l'esposizione al rumore. Sappiate che la mancata osservanza di queste raccomandazioni causerà una
grave compromissione della protezione offerta dalle cuffie.
3. Questo prodotto può essere danneggiato da alcune sostanze chimiche. Ulteriori informazioni dovrebbero essere

4. Le cuffie, e in particolare i cuscinetti, si possono deteriorare con l'uso e dovrebbero essere controllati a intervalli

Immagazzinamento:
1. Quando non sono utilizzate, si consiglia di conservare le cuffie in una busta di plastica pulita e asciutta.
2. I modelli dotati di rivestimento in PVC dell'archetto, non possono essere conservati a temperatura superiore a 45 ° C.
Il materiale ecologico utilizzato per il rivestimento in PVC potrebbe deteriorarsi nel tempo se sottoposto a eccessiva
