Introduction
This manual gives instructions for installing the Groeneveld AC multi-line lubrication
system on a Fifth wheel with 6 grease points. If there are questions not answered by
this installation manual, see Groeneveld installation manual for AC15XX & AC25XX
or contact your Groeneveld distributor, dealer, or Groeneveld direct.

Pump installation

Select a suitable mounting point for the pump on the chassis. Preferably in a
position where it is protected from debris. Ensure adequate clearance for the
looming and re-filling is made. Do not mount the pump on to ancillary equipment,
such as the battery housing or cover. Using the pump mounting adhesive template,
supplied, position and drill the bracket holes. Use bolts, nuts and spring washers
supplied to securely mount the pump in position.
Drill 3 holes to install the pump. Before install the pump make sure that
all lines are numbered on both sides.
