15.2 Detergent use

ONLY use NON FOAMING types suitable for industrial glass-washers and dishwashers.
It is advisable to use liquid detergents.
The detergent must be put directly in the tub.
The correct amount will be suggested by the product manufacturer according to the water hardness. By
request, the dishwasher can be equipped with an automatic detergent dosing pump (always recommended).

15.3 Rinse aid use

The machine is equipped with a rinse aid dispenser. The machine automatically draws the product.
The amount dispensed can be regulated by operating the fi ne-adjustment screw on the dispenser.
Reduce the amount by turning the screw clockwise, increase by turning it anticlockwise.

A correct amount of rinse aid is very important for a quick and clean drying.

15.4 Compliance with hygiene regulations - H.A.C.C.P. and NSF

machines are equipped with a temperature indicator (chap. 5) to indicate the boiler and tank temperature. Wait until the
set temperatures are fully reached.
The lighting of the light points out the attainment of the temperature of the tank 160°F and the rinsing 180°F.
Remove solids form the crockery, not clog fi lters, nozzles and pipes.
Drain the wash tanks and clean the fi lters at least twice a day.
Check that detergent and rinse aid dosing is correct (as recommended by the supplier). Before starting the machine
make sure the amount of chemicals in the tanks is suffi cient for the daily requirement.
Keep the tables surfaces clean.
Remove the basket from the machine with clean hands or gloves, not to contaminate the cutlery.
Do not dry or polish the crockery with unsterile cloths, brushes or rags.

15.5 Discharge pump system

The cycle
At the end of the day, to completely empty the tank: Press the key
stand-by (the red LED comes on), remove the overfl ow. Close the door then press the key (D) (see pict.
6); the green tank drain indicator comes on for the programmed set time. After emptying, the dishwasher stays on stand-by
and the drain LED goes off .
If the alarm

appears (see tab 4 - par. 19.2), this means that the emptying did not occur.
Check if the overfl ow has been removed or if the fi lter is dirty. If this is not the cause, call Technical Assistance.
N.B.:
The machine must not be switched on during the emptying phase.
Remove the fi lters and clean them by hand, rinsing under a jet of water.
IMPORTANT: Always turn the main wall switch off and close the water valve at the end of use.

15.6 Rinse pump

After periods of dishwasher inactivity, the dishwasher rinse pump can become blocked due to
oxidation; call Technical Assistance to free the pump if slow fi lling of the wash tank is noticed
(card error no.

- par. 19.2). To do this, operate by inserting a screwdriver in the special notch
on the motor shaft, ventilation side (see pict. 13).
In case of blocking, move the motor shaft by inserting the screwdriver in the notch, turning it
clockwise and anticlockwise.
